Located in the historic Cobble Hill district, this 25 foot-wide brownstone, originally built in 1910 has been thoughtfully renovated by Eckstrom NYC. The building offers four residences, each with private outdoor spaces. The lower triplex features a private garden and the upper three units have outdoor spaces in the form of a set back terrace or private roof deck with outdoor kitchens and sweeping views of the city. In collaboration with FXCollaborative Architects the residences have been designed using passive house principles including ERV air purifying systems and sound proof partitions between units.
