Carlos leads acquisition, capitalization, and architectural direction. He defines spatial strategy, material language, and overall composition, shaping each residence from envelope to interior execution with a focus on proportion, restraint, and long-term value.
Nicole leads experiential refinement and brand expression. Drawing from her Australian design sensibility and background in psychology, she focuses on how space is perceived and inhabited — informing light, circulation, and the emotional clarity of the final environment.
